The class learned about different leadership styles and began contemplating this topic from their own past experiences.

Space colonization will surely be a new chapter in humankind’s story of evolution. The challenges and situations that will be encountered will be novel, and new forms of leadership may be needed. This semester, an important learning point revolved around the topic of “leadership”, its different forms, and the strengths and weaknesses that certain leadership styles may have. The students wrote about the topic of leadership from their own perspectives by discussing personal observations and experiences.
