Have you ever been a leader before? Have you ever had leadership experience before? Do you think you will be a good leader or bad leader? There are some suggestions that can help you become a better leader. Also I am going to tell you about my leadership experience.

Everybody knows I like to play game, And if you want to rank up in a game you need a good leader, The leader need to decide what’s the teams next step, If the leader choose wrong, The whole team will died, And as a leader you need to be good enough at it, If you are not good enough you teammate will think why are you the leader, And you need to talk, Because if you didn’t talk your teammate won’t know what are you thinking about.

There is a very important point about becoming a good leader, you need to be optimistic and need to keep up your mindset. When your teammates are nervous you need to be more calm. Because you are the leader of this team.

While I am playing games, I am often the leader. I will tell you how important a leader is. If a team has no leader, All of the teammates will do whatever they want to do, so it’s very important to have a leader.
