Alien Smoothies 外星人奶昔

 We have been testing which smoothie have we made was the best and we found out the first one we put too much stuff so the second time we decided to put less and the third one we organize the grams in each ingredient so that we get less calories and healthier. These result can also help you with your health.

As you can see the result. we got 72calories in smoothie 1, 46calories in smoothie 2 and 76calories in smoothie 3(in 100g), we got less calories in smoothie 2 and we got 76calories in smoothie 3 but basically no protein so maybe smoothie 3 is not the best choice, And if we times to in smoothie 2 we still get less protein and higher calories then smoothie 1, so I think smoothie will be the best for getting protein. For getting strong bones, control calories and get good poop you can look at the result we found.

  2. Strong bones-Calcium(Smoothie 1)
  3. To control weight-Calories(Smoothie 2)
  4. Good poop-Fiber(Smoothie 3)

1. the ingredients We changed so the actual ingredients are blueberries and milk ice and also yogurt. We also bought the condenser strawberries milk but we didn’t use it.

2. the weight or volume of each ingredient we didn’t plan very well so at the end we just test it and see if we need more so it’s kind of messy

Step:

  1. Cut the watermelon and pineapple
  2. put into the blender
  3. put milk into the blender
  4. tasted see if we need more milk or what we need next

Finally, we use milk pineapple, and watermelon and cut the watermelon and pineapple first and just put them into the blender and see if we need more. We didn't measure so well so we just put the food into the blender until we thought it tasted good.
