Essay about a Case of Good or Bad Leadership

I wonder if you have ever met a bad leader? I have, it happened at my previous school and there was a teacher who was taking our lunch break. I'm a little ashamed to say this, but I really forgot her name. Let's just call her Miss. A for now.

This Miss.A she was a teacher who took our lunch break.But not our class, our class teacher is Mr. Wei. And Ms. A is the lunch teacher of the next class. They would swap supervising boys and girls every day. I think she is a bad leader because she always favors the students in their class and one time something happened during lunch break that was super outrageous thus making me think she is a bad leader.

At that time, we slept separately for boys and girls. That day, Miss. A came to control the girls in our class and the girls in their class, and then we slept in the sleeping bags spread on the classroom floor for nap. But not our class, our class teacher is Mr. Wei. And Ms. A is the lunch teacher of the next class. They would swap supervising boys and girls every day. I think she is a bad leader because she always favors the students in their class and one time something happened during lunch break that was super outrageous thus making me think she is a bad leader.

At that time, we slept separately for boys and girls. On that day, teacher A came to control the girls in our class and the girls in their class, and then we slept with sleeping bags on the floor of the classroom to take a nap, the kind of concept of playing the floor. The girls in our class basically need a nap to get their afternoon spirit of the kind, but I am the exception. At that time our lunch break, we are already very tired. The A teacher took out her cell phone and sat at the lectern watching a drama during our lunch break. Of course, she had no problem watching the show, but the problem was that she didn't bring her headphones when she had them, and she turned the sound up so loud that the girls in our class couldn't sleep at all. So the girls in our class were kept awake during the lunch break by Ms. A's drama. After the lunch break, the girls in our class were very angry, but they didn't scold the teacher directly or anything, they just said behind their backs that the teacher's drama was keeping them awake. However, coincidentally, Mr. A overheard and scolded the two girls in our class until they cried. Not only that, the teacher's eccentricity is also very exaggerated. For example, the teacher did not care if the girls in their class whispered, but the girls in our class could not even say a word. Or when it comes to sharing things, the girls in their class always have more than the girls in our class. I think that kind of unfair leader is not a good leader. The girls in our class cried because they were scolded and tried to explain why they said so, but the teacher didn't listen to the girls in our class and only scolded the two girls in our class. A leader who can't listen is not a good leader

“Great communication doesn't stop when the teacher is done talking. Listening well is one of the most important skills needed to be a teacher . ” This quote is saying that the most important thing a teacher should have is to listen to the students. A teacher doesn't listen to us, but only scolds. I think this part is not only for teachers to do, but also for leaders to do.

So have you ever met a similar leader? I hope you haven't. But I don't think anyone would like to meet this kind of leader. Since we don't like it, we can't be such people. If you become a leader one day, remember to be as fair as possible, and will listen to your teammates oh.

不知道大家有沒有遇到過一個不好的領導者呢？我有過，這是發生在我之前的學校，有一個老師，她是帶我們午休的。說來有點慚愧，但是我真的忘了她的名字。我們就暫且稱她為A老師吧。

這個A老師她是一個帶我們午休的老師。不過不是我們班的，我們班的老師是魏老師，而A老師是隔壁班的午休老師。他們每天會互換監管男生和女生，我覺得她是一位不好的領導是因為她每次都偏袒他們班的學生，而且有一次午休的時候發生的事情超級離譜從而讓我覺得她是個不好的領導。

那個時候我們是男生女生分開睡的。那天，換A老師來管我們班的女生和他們班的女生。我們睡覺是拿睡袋鋪在教室的地板上睡午覺的，打地鋪的那種概念。我們班的女生基本上都是很需要午睡來讓自己下午有精神的那種，不過我算是例外吧。那個時候我們午休，大家都已經很累了。那個A老師在我們午休時間就拿出手機坐在講台那邊看劇。當然啦，她看劇沒什麽問題，問題是她明明有耳機可以戴還不戴，還把聲音調的很大聲害得我們班的女生完全沒辦法睡覺。於是那整個午休的時間我們班的女生被A老師播的劇給吵得完全沒辦法睡覺。午休過後，我們班的女生很生氣，但是也沒有直接去罵那個老師什麽的，只是在背後說老師播的劇害他們沒辦法睡覺而已。然而好巧不巧被A老師給聽見了，把我們班的那兩個女生活生生給罵到哭了。不僅如此，那個老師偏心的也很誇張。比如說，他們班的女生講悄悄話老師不管，我們班的女生說句話都不行。或者是分東西的時候，他們班的女生永遠比我們班的女生多。我覺得那種不公平的領導不是個好領導。我們班的女生因為被罵哭想解釋為什麽這麽說，老師根本不聽我們班女生講的話，只顧著罵我們班的那兩個女生。不會傾聽的領導者不是個好的領導者

“好的溝通並不是在老師講完後就停止了。善於傾聽是成為一名教師所需的最重要技能之一。 ”這句話在說作為一個老師最應該要有的是傾聽學生的話。然而很顯然的，A老師並沒有傾聽我們的話。A老師沒有傾聽我們的話，只會一味的罵人。我覺得這個部分其實不僅僅是老師該做的，也是領導者該做的。

那麽你們有沒有遇到過類似的領導者呢？希望你們沒有吧。不過大家應該都不會喜歡遇到這種領導這吧。既然不喜歡，那麽我們也不能做這種人。如果那一天你當了領導者，記得一定要盡量做到公平，且會傾聽隊友的話喔。
