Yes sir. A person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country. But, there are good and bad leaders in this world. This is important because a leader is the core of the group. If the leader gives up, the team will most likely give up. You should listen to me because I have experienced a leader before and I'm sure you have too. I will talk about my experience, if he was a good or bad leader, and what he could have done better.

One day, I was playing Fortnite with my teammates. Our leader was a boy named James and I was in charge of killing everyone. His job was to tell me what to do, what plays we do, and how we fight. I would usually listen to him because he was the leader but two months later I realized he changed. He had more of an ego because he got better at the game. This is when I started to pay more attention to if he was a leader who cared for his teammates, or a leader who was selfish.

After I started to pay more attention to him, I noticed that he started becoming more selfish. He always said to not steal his kills or take items that weren't even his in the first place. He also started to become cruel to me and never cared for the team. I started to realize that he was a bad leader and he was going to continue to be one. I decided to leave the team and soon enough I left for Taiwan.

Now, I will talk about what he could've done better as a leader. First, he would have paid more attention to what was going on and not focus more on how many kills he has. He also should have positive thinking so that we would also continue to have positive thinking. I learned something about leadership and I was told that if the leader has a good mindset, your teammates will receive motivation. Another problem he could have fixed was listening to his teammates more. He always ignored what we would say and he would do whatever he want to do. But, if you listen to your teammates then you will have a better chance at winning. Another reason of why you should listen to your teammates is because they could possibly have a good idea that could win you the game. ALso, I found an article from Ottawa University and it said,“Be a good leader.” The article also stated that if you listened to your teammates, you will earn a huge amount of respect and loyalty.

All in all, I hope that my experience, if my teammate was a good or bad leader, and what he could have done better helped you understand why a leader is so important. The leader is the core and heart of the group, if the heart breaks the team dies. Now, you should try to be the leader when you play a team game or anything in life. If you know what you're doing, try and take the role as a leader. Someone who is caring, nice, talkative, and is really good at getting their teammates motivated is a leader. But, you should always answer your leader with, Yes Sir!

有一天，我和我的隊友一起玩 Fortnite。我們的領袖是一個叫詹姆斯的男孩，我負責殺死所有人。他的工作是告訴我該做什麼，我們做什麼比賽，以及我們如何戰鬥。我通常會聽他的，因為他是領導者，但兩個月後我意識到他變了。他變得更自我，因為他在比賽中變得更好。這時候我開始更加關注他是一個關心隊友的領導，還是一個自私的領導。

在我開始更加關注他之後，我注意到他開始變得更加自私。他總是說不要偷他的目標或拿走甚至不是他的物品，他也開始對我變得殘忍，從不關心隊伍。我開始意識到他是一個糟糕的領導者，而且他將繼續如此。我決定離開團隊，很快我就去了台灣。

現在，我將談談他作為領導者本可以做得更好的地方。首先，他可以更關注正在發生的事情，而不是更多地關注他有多少勝利。他也應該有積極的想法，這樣我們也會繼續有積極的想法。我學到了一些關於領導力的知識有：人告訴我，如果領導者有良好的心態，你的隊友就會得到動力。他本可以解決的另一個方法是更加地傾聽隊友的意見。他總是忽略我們會說的話，他會做任何他想做的事。但是，如果他能聽隊友的話，那麼將有更大的獲勝機會。為什麼你應該聽你的隊友的另一個原因，是因為他們可能有一個可以讓你贏得比賽的好主意。另外，我找到了渥太華大學的一篇文章，上面寫著“做一個好的領導者”。文章還說，如果你聽隊友的話，你將獲得巨大的尊重和忠誠。

總而言之，我希望我的經驗，如果我的隊友是一個好或壞的領導者，以及他可以做得更好的地方，可以幫助你理解為什麼領導者如此重要。領導者是團隊的核心和心臟，如果心臟破裂，團隊就會死亡。現在，當你玩團隊遊戲或生活中的任何事情時，你應該努力成為領導者。如果您知道自己在做什麼，請嘗試擔任領導者的角色。一個有愛心、友善、健談並且非常善於激勵隊友的人是領導者。
