Have you ever chosen a leader when you were in a group? So do you think she's helpful in your group? The leader we most often meet is the teacher, each teacher's teaching style is different, but not every teacher teaches well, because they use the wrong way so they can't effectively improve the students, or the way they deal with problems may lead to a lot of unnecessary problems.

Then I will tell a story about what happened when I was a child in elementary school, there was a particularly unpleasant student in our class, some people often did not play with him, but he wanted to play with us, so some people began to say bad things about him behind his back, and the teacher knew that the teacher was very angry and asked everyone who was saying bad things about him, at that time no one answered the result that the teacher scolded me and my good friend for no reason. I was very unhappy and wondered why the teacher didn't understand things well and scolded me directly without knowing things, I wanted to talk to the teacher but I was very afraid of my teacher, so I thought it was okay.

If you are a leader but you, like my teacher, scold the team members or students without asking for verification, then you may be a very failed leader, you may make your team members quarrel or make everyone feel particularly bad, resulting in the whole group can not quickly complete instructions or homework. But if you want to really become a successful leader, it's not so easy, You need to have a strong ability to quickly judge the situation that the team members are encountering and how to solve it, and also to express it very clearly so that the team members can quickly understand and solve the problem, and patience is also very important because if you do not have enough patience, your team members may gradually lose patience and can not solve the problem quickly.

So while it's easy to say, it's really hard to do it, because it's very likely that you're solving the last thing when the next problem comes up again, and it's not easy but you haven't tried how you know if you can.

Later you may be a leader, if you do not want your team members to be uncooperative, slow to work, or write incomplete things then you have to become a qualified leader, of course, not so easy, but as long as you work hard you can succeed.

你們曾經分組的時候都會選出領導者嗎?那你覺得她在你們那組是有幫助的嗎?我們最常遇見的領導者就是老師,每個老師的教學方式都不一樣,但不見得每一個老師都教得好,因為他們用錯了方式所以他們沒辦法有效的提升學生,或者是他們遇到問題時處理的方式都有可能導致很多不必要的問題。

那我就講一個關於我在國小時發生的一件事情,我們班有一個特別不討喜的學生,有人時常不跟他玩,但是他又很想跟我們玩,所以有些人就開始在他的背後講他的壞話,結果被老師知道了老師非常的生氣就問大家是誰講他的壞話,那時候沒有人回答結果不知道什麼原因老師就無緣無故把我跟我的好朋友罵了一頓。我當時的心情很不開心也覺得為什麼老師不好好的了解事情,在還不知道事情的情況下就直接把我給罵了,我當時很想跟老師講但是非常害怕我的老師所以我就當作沒事發生。

如果你是個領導者但是你像我的老師一樣沒有求證就直接罵組員或者學生那你可能是一個很失敗的領導者你有可能會讓你的組員發生爭吵或者讓大家心情都特別的不好,導致整組無法快速的完成指示或功課。但如果你想真正成為成功的領導者也不是那麼容易,你需要具備很厲害的應變能力可以很快地判斷出組員們現在遇到的狀況和要如何解決,還要表達的很清楚讓組員們能快速地理解並且解決問題,而且耐心也是很重要的因為如果你沒有足夠的耐心你的組員可能會漸漸失去耐心並且無法快速的解決問題。

所以雖然說起來很容易但是實際行動的話真的很難,因為很有可能你在解決上一個事情時下一個問題又出來了,雖然不容易但是你沒有嘗試你怎麼知道你可不可以。

以後你有可能是一個領導者,如果你不希望你的組員不配合,工作速度慢或者寫的東西不完整那你就要成為一名合格的領導者,當然不是那麼容易但是只要你努力就可以成功。
