    1. Our teacher wants us to learn about the nutrients needed for a person to survive and live healthily. They also want us find oiut if humans go to spacce what nutrients we will need and what will happen too human bodies.
  2. share 3 pieces of information that you learned about healthy eating, and how that will affect your body
    1. Eat vegetables than protein, followed by meat. Eat rice last. Rice makes you fat.
  3. show 3 examples of things Taiwanese students often eat for lunch (with pictures), ask partner what they think about the taste/nutrition of this food
    1. Rice:
    2. Sandwhich:
    3. Chicken:
    4. Ham:

2. explain the health/unhealth of these 3 foods based on what the nutrition teacher taught you (with nutrition information)

  1. Fried things.
  2. French Fries.
  3. Coke. I was drinking coke when she said that.
  4. Basically do not eat this:
  5. The teacher also taught us a bunch of stuff about how to count nutrition amounts but I am too lazy to remember or doing it.

e. you will need to explain in simple words what the nutrition information you are talking about means (giving examples makes it easier)

  1. Teacher said try not to eat fried stuff or things with a bunch of oil. Teacher said a bunch of stuff about the nutrition counting and how much nutrition a perosn should eat a day but I am too lazy to do it.

f. ask about the most unhealthy Japanese food Japanese students often eat

Mcdanald's. Snacks. Microwaved foods.

2. Covid and Life

  1. explain the situation with covid in Taiwan for the last year, and also the past 2 weeks (numbers and charts would be very useful)

The covid situation has gotten a lot worse. We are now doing online lessons becuase there are a lot of cases and becuase the teachers want us to.

  1. ask your partner to talk about the situation in Japan

c. talk about how you feel with this situation in regards to school, social relationships, relationships with family, feeling about society in general.

  1. I think it is awesome it cuts down the time I need to spend with classmates and I do not need to spend so much time travelling to school.

d. ask your partner to say what they feel about the same topics Wear masks. Talk less. Talk less when eating. They stare about the scren too much affecting eyesight.

e. talk about your guess about how the covid situation will develop in the next 3 months and 1 year DONE. 3. One more area of interest that you feel would be interesting to talk and ask about with your partner

  1. Dogs: Peka. Chiwawa. 1 year.

Ask about the most unhealthy Japanese food Japanese students often eat:

1. She says she eats microwaved food almost everyday which according to my knowledge is very unhealthy.

2. They also have Mcdonald's

3. Unhealthy snacks that I do not know what they are called because they are full of Japanese characters which I cannot read.

What are they doing about the Covid situations?

They did have online classes at one time but they are doing in person classes now. She did not like online classes that much because she felt it hurt her eyes. Now, they try to talk less when eating.
