If your friends are in a death crisis

If one of your teammates is in a death crisis, if you go to save him it might let other people in your team get in trouble, would you go to save him or you will give up that one person of your teammate. (summary about responsibility, saving lives, and trust).

For me If I am the team leader I have to take the responsibility of our team so I need to go save that one person of our teammate. and I should let the rest of our teammates leave first if they don't want to stay. but if you are part of the team you should stay too,but I think the team leader has more responsibility than other teammates so the team leader must stay or maybe come back and save him.

And I think team leaders should stay but at the same time saving more people’s lives is more important than saving one person’s life. The team leader shouldn’t make unclear decisions for the teammates otherwise the whole team will get in trouble especially in dangerous situations.

trusting your team member’s and respect them is very important,the leader needs to think about his teammates and the member’s of the team needs to trust the leader,trusting leader and respect him is very important listen to what leader says and u could respond because in my opinion the leader has more experience then you so this is why he can become a leader so you need to show your respect to your leader also your other teammates listen to what they said first.If a team don't trust each other then when you are in a dangerous situation you can’t save your teammates and can’t even save yourself.

如果你的一個隊友陷入了死亡危機，你去救他可能會讓你的隊友陷入困境，你是去救他還是放棄你的隊友?

對我來說，如果我是隊長，我必須承擔我們團隊的責任，所以我需要去拯救我們隊友的那個人。我應該讓我們其他隊友先離開。但是如果你是團隊的一員你也應該留下來，但我認為隊長比其他隊友有更多的責任，所以隊長必須留下或者可能回來救他。

我認為團隊領導者應該留下來，但同時拯救更多人的生命比拯救一個人的生命更重要。隊長不應該為隊友做出不明確的決定，否則整個團隊都會陷入困境，尤其是在危險的情況下。

信任你的團隊成員並尊重他們非常重要，領導者需要考慮他的隊友，團隊成員需要信任領導者，信任領導者並尊重他非常重要，因為領導者比你更有經驗，這就是他可以成為領導者的原因，你需要尊重你的領導者，你的其他隊友說的話。如果一個團隊互相不信任，那麼您處於危險的境地，您無法拯救隊友，甚至無法拯救自己。
