1. First eat less fried things cause that cost a lot of fats and there's to many oil in fried foods, to many oil might cost you stroke because the blood just get block by the oil because the oil stick on your Vascular wall.

2. I should still get some fruit even though I don't really like fruits, Because fruits are high fiber it gives you a lot of vitamins.
