Living in space might cause people having problems with circulatory system and bone problems.

People might be missing calcium in space. Because it is hard to exercise in space, people's bones might become weaker in space.

Because in space there’s no gravity, so when we are in space if we don’t exercise everyday our mossle will shrink.
因為太空是無重力狀態,所以在太空中如果我們不刻意去運動的話我們的肌肉必定會萎縮。

In today's society, traveling basically it’s not very much needed and cannot be brought into space.
在現在的太空旅行中好像基本上都還好,因為他們想要甚麼只要有冷凍乾燥基本都可以帶上太空。

It must be cool, dry, easy to carry and easy to clean.

Space food太空食物

因為太空是一個無重力的環境,所以在地球吃到的食物沒辦法直接帶到太空,需要透過特殊的處理像是冷凍乾燥的方式才能才能把地球的食物帶到太空.
freeze-drying冷凍乾燥
The freshly cooked food is quickly frozen and dehydrated, which is called freeze-drying. But the dried food is easy to break, so the food will be gelatin or oil to prevent crushing, freeze-dried food can always keep the food originally nutritious, because the dried food is not delicious, so they will use water with a water gun to make the food taste better, there are some more special foods can be used directly without injecting water, such as gin slices and brownies.
把剛煮好的食物快速的冷凍,脫水,這叫做冷凍乾燥。但乾燥後的食品很容易碎掉,所以食物會被明膠或油以防止粉碎,冷凍乾燥的食物可以一直保持食物本來擁有的營養,因為乾燥後的食物是不好吃的所以他們會用水槍注入水好讓食物吃起來比較好吃,有一些比較特別的食物可以不用注入水就可以直接使用例如榖片和布朗尼。
