Dr. Lin's Talk About Plants
Drink this nice warm worm tea and fill you body with nutrients. If you want to drink worm team, then you can do something called composting. A couple days ago, Mrs. Lin taught us about composting and her experience. Composting is the natural process of recycling organic matter. The is important because composting helps with soil and can help plants gorw. This is good for food that you want in your farm or at your house. I know this because I have seen it with my own eyes. I will talk about a thing she said, the correct way to do it, and why it is important.
In her presentation, she told us the things we needed in order to compost. The first thing you need is soil because soil provides habitat for some organisms. The second thing you need is water, water is important so your plants will grow faster. The third thing you need is air because when plants don't have air, they can't create glucose and will die. The last thing you need to do is just feed the microorganisms because they are essential for making the food you want to grow. This speeds up the process of growing.
Mrs. Lin told us that we should do hot composting because the warmth will help the plants grow faster. If you do cold composting, it is as basic as collecting yard waste or taking out regular oragnic materials from your trash. Warmth is also very important for the natural environment.
Lastly, Mrs. Lin told us why composting is important. The reason composting is important is because it will help you grow organic food for youself to enjoy at home. Composting will also help you make worm tea as I mentioned before. Worm tea is actually really good form you and has lots of nutrients. It alsi porvides many essential nutrients and enriches soil.
All in all, Mrs. Lin talk was good for me and I hope my talk about a thing she said, the correct way to do it, and why it is important was helpful for you too. This was my first time composting and I was really curious about the worm tea or worm poop. Now, you should research about composting or maybe even try it in the future. If you do try composting, try getting out some worm tea and see if it tastes good or not.
