I do like yogurt more than milk, but i would still drink milk inorder for me to grow tall Our vegetables should be ⅓ more than fruits

I dont really like any nuts except for almonds

I am not the biggest fan of rice, so i think eating more vegetables is okay for me

I actually really hate fish, but now I think ill eat a lot
