Yiler Huang

Hi, I am Yiler Huang, I am a 16 years old high school student and I've been studying in this experimental education program for about 2 years. I am from Taipei, and I've been living here for my whole life.

The subject that interests me the most is programming. Though it is sometimes frustrating to sit in front of your computer for 2 hours straight just to realize that your code isn't working because you made a silly typo, it is still rewarding to see your code working for the first time. Until it stops working again. Currently I am working on a Javascript musical library called Konduktiva. It is developed by Dr. Bell, but we are trying to improve it so it can be capable of making music with the power of algorithm. You can find more information about this library here.

Outside of school, there are a few things I like to do. Including playing guitar, listening to music, playing video games, and watching movies and series. I am also learning about how to produce music recently, which is a topic I've always wanted to explore. The most recent movie I watched was Stanley Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey, and I would say I like it quite a lot. While a lot of people like to talk about their favorite movies, but personally I don't have a favorite movie.
