"Drop It" Experiment

Our gender will often affect our habits, proclivities, and tendencies. At the same time, the genders of those that we interact with will also effect how we interact with them and how they may interact with us. Are there differences between the behavior and thought processes of men and women, and if there are, what might they be? Where do they present themselves the most obviously? In order to gain a better understanding of this topic, the students performed a simple yet interesting and enlightening experiment in which they observed the reactions and possible degree of help that actors of different genders received from subjects of different genders. Who's more helpful, who are they more helpful to, and is there really a difference?
一個人的習慣、傾向和行為模式往往會受到自身的性別所影響。不僅如此，在與他人互動的過程中，對象的性別也會影響我們彼此互動的方式。男女之間的行為和思考方式是否存在差異？若是存在，則有哪些呢？而這些差異在哪些方面最為明顯？為了更深入地了解這個議題，學生們進行了一項簡單有趣且具啟發性的社會實驗，他們觀察了當不同性別的人在遭遇困難時，哪種性別的受試者會更願意提供幫助？又更願意幫助何種性別的「受難者」？這其中真的存在差異嗎？
