As human beings living in society, we are constantly bombarded by messaging about success, what it is, and how to gain it. We are shown examples of those who have supposedly achieved it, along with flashy and dramatic symbols of what supposedly comes with it. Our concepts of what we should be chasing, and the path that we should be following is greatly shaped by this messaging. Of course, another factor in this calculation of success comes from our own personal beliefs and values. What exactly do people think success is, and when can someone be said to have reached success? The students conducted research to bet a better understanding of this.

身處在現今的社會，我們不斷受到有關成功、何謂成功以及如何取得成功的信息轟炸。我們被展示那些據稱已經取得成功人士的案例，以及伴隨成功而來的華麗且戲劇性的象徵物。我們對於應該追求什麼，以及該走的路，很大程度上都受到這些信息的影響。當然，我們自身的想法和價值觀也同樣是影響能否取得成功的要素。人們究竟如何定義成功? 何時可以認定某人已取得成功？學生們這學期進行了研究，以更好地理解這一切。
