The "Drop It" experiment looked at the degree of active help that subjects might be willing to offer to each gender in situations of minor distress. The "Good Morning" experiment researched a similar phenomena, but in cases where the stakes were seemingly lower. This time the class created scenarios in which they greeted random strangers and observed their willingness to reciprocate a common greeting. Would there be differences in reactions depending on the gender of the greeter and the gender of the subject?
