These days, the researcher was researching ComeBuy and TrueDan. ComeBuy and TrueDan are both drinks stores from Taiwan. The important thing about this research
History of ComeBuy
ComeBuy, this is a drinks store from Taiwan. The first store opened in 2002, in Taipei City. The people who founded ComeBuy are from a traditional fishing family with Japanese education. Their father likes to drink alcohol often. The founders want to improve the habits of fishermen, the founders hope that drinking tea can be used instead of drinking alcohol. Drinking alcohol is the tradition of fishermen. Because of this, the founders created the “ComeBuy” this company. They use 10 years to build about 150 beverage franchise stores at home and abroad that have been established in China and Taiwan.
ComeBuy’s Logo design also has special meaning. C and B of ComeBuy as basic elements. The body part is the expression of tea. It means that ComeBuy started with tea, is famous for tea, and focuses on tea. The outside line is the lines of C and B combined, and making it wavy, means that ComeBuy will continue to extend to all corners of the world.
History of TureDan
TrueDan, is a drinks store from Taiwan. TrueDan was established in 2010, starting from Shilin Night Market in Taipei. The founder and chairman is Gao Yongcheng. TrueDan was originally a small street vendor in Shilin Night Market and later developed into a chain store. So far, there are 74 stores in Taiwan. They have reached more than 100 stores domestically and foreign.
Research topic
To know which service is better, the researcher prepares some questions to research it. For the Process part, the researcher researched the time of making drinks and the time of order speed. For the Place part, the researcher researched the things in their store, and how clean is the store.
The researcher chooses to look at the process and physical evidence. Process and physical evidence are pretty important to those stores. The reason why it is pretty important is because if the process is bad, then the product they made will be bad too. Also, the store is for people that are in a hurry and want to drink drinks. If the process is slow, then people won’t go, because they don’t want to speed time waiting for the drinks. Physical evidence is related to the cleaning part. If this store is not clean, then there might have some small bugs flying into the tea.

Before doing this research, the researcher thought that ComeBuy will make drinks faster than TrueDan, but after the researcher went to their store to research, the researcher found out that TrueDan is faster than ComeBuy. The speed of helping customers to order the drinks, and the speed of making drinks, TrueDan are faster than ComeBuy. For ComeBuy’s store, the place where you swipe the YoyoCard and the place where you pay money is not in the same place. Sometimes customers will misunderstand the checkout place at the food pickup place, so when people want to pay money, they will need to move to another place to pay. Also, when the customers misunderstand the place, the people who want to take their drinks can’t take, because the customer who ordered the drinks was in the way of taking the drinks.
About cleaning, TrueDan’s store was pretty clean, they will clean their hands every time they make the drinks, and they will clean their tables and materials after they make the drinks. ComeBuy’s store is not dirty, they will clean their things every 5 minutes.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the research seems like TrueDan is faster than Comebuy. This research is just for 2 stores of TrueDan and ComeBuy and is not for every store of the company that you see. This research is just to help the researchers learn how to research things.
