Customer Research and Analysis 服務對象研究分析
As part of our semester mission to make suggestions about changes to infrastructure and processes for an inclusive society, we needed to better understand our main audience: the elderly in society. The students conducted customer research in a variety of methods focusing on some different subjects.

Understanding the background of customers is an important part of the service design process. Our customer research started close to home with subjects being elderly members of our families. We attempted to understand them better as people and as individuals.

Structuring an Interview of an Elderly Interviewee at the Daycare Center 傳記研究訪綱
We further researched our customer group by getting to know and learn from some individuals at the Taipei Datong Elderly Daycare Center. The students identified areas of interest, formulated interview questions, and attempted to construct a potential flow process for the interaction with our elderly partners.

Researching Historical Background of Elderly Interviewee 研究長輩生活的歷史背景
According to the responses and communication gained from a preliminary chat with our interviewees, the students identified topics that were surprising, unfamiliar, or worthy of further pursuit. They researched these topics in an attempt to better understand, and later followed up with their interview partners to verify and clarify what they learned.
根據與我們的受訪者初步交談中獲得的回應和交流,學生們發覺了一些令人驚訝、不熟悉或值得進一步研究的主題。他們研究了這些題目以試圖更好地理解,隨後與他們的採訪夥伴再次跟進以驗證和厘清他們所研究出的内容。
