After previous learning and experiences regarding service and the quality of a service process, the students conducted a more in-depth case study regarding two service industry competitors.

The students each chose two service industry competitors as subjects of their case study. The initial step was to identify the core and value-added parts of each establishment's service to ensure that the comparison study would be a valid one amongst two products that are true substitute services.

每位學生選擇了兩個服務行業的競爭對手作為他們案例研究對象。第一步是確定每個單位的核心和增值服務項目，以確保比較研究對象是在兩個真正替代性服務產品中進行而是有效的。

===== Case Study Report of Two Service Industry Competitors 兩個服務業競爭者的案例分析研究報告 =====

The students performed a full academic research format case study for comparison of two service industry competitors. This involved first setting a research topic, basic literature review, formulation of research methods, data collection and results analysis, and concluded with discussion and conclusion about both actual findings and suggested adjustments to the service product. 

學生們進行了完整的學術研究格式案例研究，以比較兩個服務行業的競爭對手。這包括首先確定研究主題、基礎文獻回顧、研究方法的製定、數據收集和結果分析，最後也對實際發現和對服務產品的建議調整進行了討論和總結。
