This semester, the big social issue we explored was with regards to aging and social design for inclusive society. We learned about service, the service process, and service design. As part of this learning process, the students conducted research, case studies, and simulations. We conducted extensive research on the needs of the elderly, the reality of their user experience, and how this issue manifests itself in the real world.
