rex explaining EQPF
P1 Our guest teacher arrived and taught us about what his job is about, and talked about the environment. He is a person from an agency called EQPF.
P2 EQPF is an agency for environment’s quality protection E means environment Q means quality P means protection F means foundation, EQPF setup in 1984 by the Environmental Protection Agency, EQPF was a Non-profit organization.
P3 They(EQPF) been doing stuff for a better environment, Like they started doing things helpful since they setup example: in 1986 they find million of peoples to help danshui river and they expose 揭發臺灣美國無線電公司污染事件 until now they are still doing things that are good for the environment.
P4 The teacher that come and talk with us is the one who usually teach other people like us in other places he help’s about 印尼城市社區衛生改善計畫,氣候變遷調適宣導與國際交流委託辦理案, and 我國脆弱族群氣候變遷知能培力專案工作 things like that and is good for the environment .
P5 Mr. Cheng asked us what environment is kinda hard to define what does environment mean but for me it means the things around u are all environment like the people and the place u live and the place u go are all different environment and natures too, teacher says there are three kinds of environment 1.nature 2. human made 3. artificial. nature probably means sunlight,air,water,soil,land,minerals,forest,wild animals. human made probably means building interior,city and laws. And artificial probably means historic sites,ruins and culture. this is most what I learn in this class .
