Perceptions of reality can be swayed and influenced by messaging, of which visual messaging is an important part, particularly in the realm of advertisements. The students combined their newly practiced skills of photography and lighting, along with new knowledge about needs and the perception process, to construct a message that would resonate with a certain target audience.
