For my first dog, I think only the dog is too monotonous, so I added other elements, similar to the penguin to allow him to adapt to the cold environment, similar to the duck to allow him to catch fish in the water. For my second dog, I added a background to let everyone know that he lives in a cold place. For my third dog, I think the background is too monotonous, so I added other elements, because penguins live in Antarctica and ducks live in warm places.
