-I’ve always liked animals. I always asked my mom if I could have a dog and the answer would be the same every time, no. I’ve never really had that much experience with dogs and cats. However, I often visited family friends with dogs.
-I’ve always known a little bit about animal welfare and the issues but not about the severity of it. I think after this semester and the experience in the shelter I’ve learned a lot about how animals are treated. I also learned about what problems stray dogs might have and where they come from.
-I think I’ve improved a lot on social skills this semester. Being asked to go out and do questionnaires helped with my confidence talking to people. I also learned a lot about filming and how to storyboard. We also filmed in teams so that helped with my teamwork skills.
