- | I had a lot of experiences with animals. Before we got our dog we had fishes as pets, but their lives didn’t last too long. My mom’s aunt owns four dogs, so we visit pretty often. My family has a really strong connection with dogs, especially my mom. She used to have 5 dogs, a monkey, fishes, birds, and a cat. But my dad only allows us to get corgi’s if we want to get a pet. So we did get a corgi and she is our most loved kid in our family.

- | I feel really anxious about the fact that people use dogs as food, or they use them to do work that is way too harsh for them. Dogs are forced to live under our lives and conditions, but we never understood the way they would act if they had their own world. Their lives every day are getting beaten, getting abused, getting yelled at, and getting hit. This is not what they choose to have, it’s us, humans choosing for them.

- | I guess I’ve understood more about animals and what can happen to them if they aren’t ligation or helped out. Some dogs' nerves can show you that they are uncomfortable by expressing sound or body movements. I learned a lot this semester, and I feel like growing up is one of the most important things. It's helping out and being kind to animals or people, that's the important thing.
