Food is chemically processed food
Nutrition is important in space. Space food must provide balanced nutrition for astronauts and be easy to store, prepare and use safely in the weightless and mechanical weight of the spacecraft.
People can learn to eat, swallow, and digest food in a weightless environment.
Gemini Project (1965-1966) During the Gemini project, bite-sized freeze-dried food was introduced for the first time.
Space laboratory program (1973-1974) Significant advances in the quality and variety of food in space occurred during the Space Lab program in 1973. Since the Space Lab relied on solar cells for power, rather than producing water fuel cells, fresh food quickly deteriorated.
Fresh food spoils quickly and has to be eaten within two days of delivery to ISS.
You can't make alcohol in space
When astronauts return to Earth, their bones will become weak, their muscles will atrophy, and they will not be able to walk.

太空人回到地球後骨頭會變得很脆弱，肌肉會萎縮，走不了路。
