Bad leaders think they are always right, then they always fail. So what is a good leader? What is a bad leader? Have you ever been a leader in your life? Even a class leader. Do you think having a leader is important? What is the most important thing for a good leader? Why do we need a leader? How to become a good leader? If you don't know What is a good leader then I'm going to tell you How to become a good leader because I have been doing some topics that are about a team. I will also share my experience with you and tell you the things that leaders may forget and also some suggestions to help you become a good leader. This is important to talk about because even people likes to follow what they want to do but in some situation you needs a leader to help you.

I have a good story about leadership. My leader likes to talk. He talks a lot. We are playing a game and He is the leader of this team so we need to make a plan to survive on this map. The leader tells us his idea and he asks 'Do you think this will work?' and we gave him feedback, said I think we have to go somewhere else early and play defense. So he said ok “How about we go to Logjam first and we stay on the hills to look for the kills”, So in this story, he takes care of the whole team. The teammates are going to listen to him. He let the discussion start and let the teammates give him some suggestions and maybe change the plan or do some changes. Here are some ideas about a leader. I have never been a leader in my life. One of the reasons is because most of the time I don’t like to talk, but for a leader, it’s a big problem because If you don’t talk much you can’t take care of your whole team. Your teammates are not going to know what to do before the leader says something. So the leader must let all the teammates know what to do now.

Maybe most people forgot one point but it is very important for being a good leader. Having a “Good Mindset”, My leader has a good mindset, I remember he often said “I think you are too tired let’s take a break and continue working”, He reminds us to take a break, cause he knows If you are tired you can’t work as good as normal, So maybe stop working and take a short break it might better than keep working but you are very tired. Another thing is leaders have to take the responsibility for the whole team. And a very big problem that a bad leader will make is, they think a leader is the best, maybe leader has more experience than you but leaders can’t do everything by himself and do it perfectly, So you must listen to your teammates even their level is lower than you, And teammates also have to listen to the leader first to know what is the point. If a team leader has a good mindset he can always remind himself and his teammates “Take a break and come back and continue working”, This can help the team work faster and better. If your team leader has a bad mindset then When the work is too much your whole team will explode, cause they can’t deal with pressure well.

There are some suggestions to help you become a good leader. My leader asks a question to us and says his opinion about this idea and then asks our opinion what do you think about my idea “please give me more ideas as you can.”. The point is he asks the questions first to let his teammates know what is the main thing we are focusing on now and tell his teammates his idea and ask them to give him an idea. That is why he is a good leader. He respects his teammate, he doesn’t do all the design, he lets the whole team join. This can also help the relationships between you and your teammates.
