Watch closely to the teacher! In this world there are many different types of leadership, and based on different types of leadership teachers could use different ways to teach. Sometimes you will meet some teachers who teach students in a special way, or some teachers teach students like reading a textbook. That’s the reason that you should watch closely so that you can find the best types of leadership to make you learn well!

At my old school there were many special teachers. Most of the Teachers there used a kind of leadership that is not often used by teaching students. This leadership is called “free-rein” . This kind of leadership is used when the leader wants to let other teammates learn by themselves, so if teammates don't need help then the leader won’t help them. Also even if the teammate had made some very important decision, the leader still won’t tell them if it is correct or not. They only will help them think about whether this is correct or not. For teaching this way it is still very creative, because old people cannot accept that.

At the normal Taiwan school you always can see there are autocratic leadership teachers. What my old school thinks about this is they feel if teachers teach students this way that will limit kids to have self-consciousness. Their solution to this thing is use free-rein leadership to let students grow by themselves, so if the children don’t like to learn they goes there will just be like learn not thing because at there you have to learn by themselves.

For this kind of leadership I think it was a good idea to teach students, because in society what we actually need is self-consciousness. If we learn a lot of stuff that was in the textbook we could be a smart person, but if we don’t have any opinion of what are we going to be then we won’t be better than the person who knows what they want to do. Even their homework or tests don't do well, but at least they are doing what they like. I think that would be better, because maybe they aren't famous people but at least they are doing what they like.

I think “free-rein” is actually good for students, but it still depends on what kind of students it is. If there are many students that don’t like to learn, then it should let free-rein leadership teachers teach them. Maybe they will find something new, so if you want to learn well you can try to look around to know what kind of leadership teachers are using and then fin the best teacher for you!

多觀察你的老師！在這個世界上有許多不同類型的領導方式，這讓老師可以擁有不同的領導方式。有時候你會遇到一些老師是用比較特別的方式去教學生，或者是一些老師用類似讀教科書的方式去教學生。這就是你應該要多觀察的原因，這樣你才能找到能教你最多東西的老師，這可以讓你學習變得更好！

在我以前的學校裡，有很多特別的老師。那裡的老師基本上都使用一種在教學生時比較不常用的領導方式，這種領導方式稱為「自主學習」。這種領導方式是在當領導者想讓其他組員自主學習的時候會使用的，所以如果組員沒有主動提出需要幫助時，那麼隊長就不會幫助他們。即使組員做了一些非常重要的決定，領導也不會告訴他們是對是錯。他們只會幫助他們去思考這是不是對的抉擇。這種領導方式用在教學還算是很前衛的，因為至今老人還是不能接受這種教學方式。

在普通的體制內學校，你永遠都能看到哪些已經幫學生整理好資料的老師。我以前的學校對此的看法是，如果老師以這種方式教學生，他們覺得這會限制孩子去擁有主見。而他們對這件事的解決方式是用自主學習的領導方式去讓學生自己成長，所以如果孩子不喜歡學習，那他們其實就跟在家沒兩樣，所以必須讓孩子自己尋找事物去學習。

對於這種領導方式，我認為是個好的教學生的主意，因為在社會上我們真正需要的是擁有主見。如果我們學到了很多教科書上的東西，我們可能會成為一個很聰明的人，但如果我們對我們將來要成為什麼樣的人沒有任何想法的話，那麼我們不會比知道自己想要什麼的人更好。就算他們的作業或考試成績都不好，但至少他們知道自己喜歡甚麼。我認為那會是更好的，因為也許他們不是名人，但至少他們在做自己喜歡的事。

我覺得「自主學習」的領導方式其實對學生是有好處的，但還是要看學生是什麼樣的學生。如果有很多學生是不喜歡學習的，那麼就應該讓用「自主學習」領導方式的老師來教他們。也許他們會發現一些新的興趣，所以如果你想學到更多東西，你可以試著看看周圍的老師們都在用什麼樣的領導方式，然後找到最適合你的老師！
