Space food太空食物

因為太空是一個無重力的環境，所以在地球吃到的食物沒辦法直接帶到太空，需要透過特殊的處理像是冷凍乾燥的方式才能才能把地球的食物帶到太空.
freeze-drying冷凍乾燥
The freshly cooked food is quickly frozen and dehydrated, which is called freeze-drying. But the dried food is easy to break, so the food will be gelatin or oil to prevent crushing, freeze-dried food can always keep the food originally nutritious, because the dried food is not delicious, so they will use water with a water gun to make the food taste better, there are some more special foods can be used directly without injecting water, such as gin slices and brownies.
把剛煮好的食物快速的冷凍，脫水，這叫做冷凍乾燥。但乾燥後的食品很容易碎掉，所以食物會被明膠或油以防止粉碎，冷凍乾燥的食物可以一直保持食物本來擁有的營養，因為乾燥後的食物是不好吃的所以他們會用水槍注入水好讓食物吃起來比較好吃，有一些比較特別的食物可以不用注入水就可以直接使用例如榖片和布朗尼。
