Service Process and Failures at Louisa

The place was loud and there was no place for people to line up

In the Louisa we went to, it was loud and we found out that there is no place for us to line up. According to my observations, there could be a few reasons that's causing it to happen. First, there were not enough people to handle the requirements of the customers, so the customers “piled up” in the front of the door. The problem with too many customers also made the place noisy, and that was also annoying. What they should do is to hire more employees so more jobs could be handled at the same time, and that might increase the amount of customer waiting beside the door and also make it less noisy because there will be less people in the store.

The counter woman used the cup that fell on the floor to fill drinks for customers

I also saw that one of the employees dropped a cup while making a drink, but she picked it up and proceeded to use it to fill customer's drink. I think it is disgusting and nasty. The reason why this happened might be because the employee wasn't careful and serious about her work enough. Maybe they should prepare more cups or train their employees more so the same thing doesn't happen again.
