Steve: Short Discussion Regarding Service of 3 Noodle Restaurants

For the first restaurant, the service was not very good. To get our food, we had to remember our own numbers to get the food. I am not sure if it is my mistake or the cashiers mistake, I did not hear the number and she did not say the number. After, I ordered, I was very confused about how I was going to get my food. I only realised there were numbers because I heard that the waiter called the other customer's number. That was a terrible experience, I had to pay a lot of attention to if the food matched my order. It was a small restaurant too, they could have easily served the food to me. The second restaurant, was a beef noodle restaurant they were about the same size. The thing they did different was, they served the food to our tables. They also has free drinks which was excellent. Compared the first restaurant this one was two times better. I did not need to pay attention to the situation, and I was not confused at all about how I was going to get my food. For the final restaurant we went to BaFang. It was mainly a dumpling restaurant and the food was quite good. The service was excellent too. When we ordered we wrote our table numbers becuase we all went there together, we all wrote the same table number. This act confused the waiters who were bringing food to us, quite a lot. Despite this confusion, they tried to deliver it to the right table until we told them we could do it ourselves. Out of all the restaurant, the service of this one was the best and the first one was the worst. I would definitely try my best to avoid going to the first restaurant as much as possible.
