  - Stand next to the chair.
  - Put two hands on the handle.
  - Push the chair and walk.
  - When the chair speed is too fast, hold down the handle.
  - When you feel tired you can turn and lock the chair by adjusting the button.
  - Sit on the chair.

__**Safety issues**__
  - Make sure the sidebars (5) are locked before you use the chair.
      - If you put the chair when the sidebar is not locked you may push hard and fall.
      - if you want to sit on the chair but you forget to lock the sidebars the chair may collapse and you may fall off the chair
